Butcher’s Ball Dinner

On Friday night Chef Tony Luhrman of El Topo, the reigning two-time winner of the Golden Cleaver (2018 & 2022) and his crew will be creating a multi-course meal utilizing products sourced within a 100-mile radius of Round Top. Guests will be welcomed with bites and delicious cocktails from the Butcher’s Ball favorite bar wizard, Robin Berwick. The cherry on the night will be live music from Christopher Seymore and his honky tonk band so make sure to wear your dancing boots! With wine from Chapelton Vineyard.
