Saturday night Chef Michelle Wallace will create a menu sourced from local farms with her special southern twist and count on the star course to come off the fire with her fierce barbecue cooking chops. She is a 2022 James Beard Taste Twenty Chef, the 2021 Culture Map Houston Rising Star Nominee and recently competing in Food Network’s BBQ Brawl Season 3. The band for Saturday night will be Western Bling, their music stays true to the string swing style like Bob Wills and His Texas Playboys, Manouche Jazz in the style of Django Reinhardt, and traditional country and jazz standards. With wine from Chapleton Vineyards.
