Join Country Sunshine for a five course dinner at The Halles January 19th & January 20th during the Round Top Winter Antique Show from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.
The Menu:
I. DUMPLINGS: collard greens, heritage pork, Chinese mustard, bone broth, pickled winter vegetables
II. TOM KHA: coconut, lime, galangal, lion’s mane mushroom, bone broth, chili oil, herbs
III. CUMIN LAMB: homemade noodles, cumin lamb, mustard greens
IV. FIVE SPICE SHORT RIB: short rib, chinese five spice, brussels, yellow curry
V. CREME BRULEE: miso, crispy rice, lime
*Booking this reservation with a credit card will put a hold on your card and will not be taken as a payment. Payment will be closed out after dinner!
*Upon booking, it will say that the duration of the dinner will be 15 minutes, but that is only for booking purposes. Dinner will roughly be 1.5 hours.
